01Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all tours and services booked through Travivu. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to them on behalf of everyone in your party.

02Bookings & Payments
A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and a booking reference has been issued.
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
03Pricing
Prices are per person unless stated otherwise. Children aged 2–11 receive a 50% discount when sharing with two paying adults. Infants under 2 travel free.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before a booking is confirmed.
04Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before departure. Cancellations made 3–6 days before departure receive a 50% refund. No refund is available within 48 hours of departure or for no-shows.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
05Changes by Us
Occasionally we may need to change an itinerary due to weather, safety or local conditions. If a significant change is required, you may accept the change, choose an alternative tour, or receive a full refund.
06Travel Documents & Insurance
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas and any required health documents. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and personal belongings.
07Health & Safety
Please tell us about any medical conditions or mobility needs when booking. Guides may refuse participation in an activity if they believe it is unsafe for you or the group.
08Liability
Travivu acts as an organiser and works with trusted local suppliers. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
09Privacy
We only use your personal information to manage your booking and, if you opt in, to send you news and offers. We never sell your data.
